Leak in Sleeping Quarters

Investigate Water Leak

BPSI was contacted to investigate and repair a leak that was causing the paint on the wall of the sleeping quarters near the window to bubble up due to water in the drywall finish.

It was originally believed that the leak was due to a loose roof tile.  This tile was secured back in place.  This did not solve the issue.

The BPSI tech investigated by applying water with a hose in various areas to simulate a heavy rain and found that the rain was running down the side of the building and entering the wall at the flashing in the window.

This was repaired and the room is now water tight.  Damaged drywall was removed and replaced.

BPSI has over 30 years of experience solving issues like these.  If your commercial building has a water leak, give us a call.
