BPSI designed and built a custom dumpster enclosure cover to meet the need of a customer that was having issues with excess trash, unauthorized dumping of trash, dumping of bulk items and homeless people living in the dumpster enclosure. These issues were giving a negative image to the center.

This 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom home with an office and bonus room had fallen into disrepair. It needed more than just paint and carpet. It had older fixtures in the bathrooms, tile counters, windows and doors were old, some were broken.

This home was for sale in Murrieta. It was located in a nice community but had some very dated items like and avocado green bath tub, old style linoleum counters and floors in the kitchen and carpet in the bathroom. BPSI addressed these items as well as some other maintenance that was needed.

In October 2016, the city of Murrieta hosted a State of the city event where Mayor Randon Lane highlighted the City's accomplishments for this past year and outlined a direction for the coming year. To get ready for the event the City contacted BPSI to help get the community center ready for the event.
